We will review your notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as soon as reasonably possible. We will also notify the user who posted the content.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you reside.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Pron Blog has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others.
